Before using this template, we had a clear idea of everything that needed to happen for our webinars, but sometimes small issues would pop up. For example, we once ran into a minor problem because we hadn’t defined who was responsible for testing the webinar link before the event. Everyone assumed it was someone else’s task, and it ended up being missed.

After implementing this template, we were able to clearly assign each step of the webinar process to a specific person – from preparing the slides and setting up the link, to testing everything before the event and following up afterward. Now, everyone knows exactly who is responsible for what, and similar mistakes have been completely avoided.

This shows how having defined steps and responsibilities not only prevents small mishaps but also makes the whole process smoother, faster, and easier to manage.
